The re-development of the original Budapest Stock Exchange, constructed in 1906 to its original position as one of the most elegant buildings in the city. The ground floor will return to its original function of high-end retail and hospitality. Class A office space and a boutique hotel will occupy 4 levels surrounding to central domed aula. Two new levels will be added at roof top level housing luxury residential units with views over the inner city towards the castle hill.
Underground parking will be provided in the building for the residential component, and access to the adjacent parking garage in the square will serve the office and hotel.
