The purpose of developing the Community Wellness and Support Center is to provide the infrastructure for appropriate prevention programming within the community that can effectively reduce the risk of community members needing child and family services intervention strategies. The facility is created in direct response to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and the associated Canadian federal government funding programs. CMA is providing the design and technical components of the project’s feasibility analysis.
