A true building for its time, this concept for Calgary’s burgeoning East Village allows for 3 floors of interactive co-working space, flow up to 3 floors traditional office space, micro-suites ranging in size from 29 sqm upwards located in the tower together with traditional one and two bedroom apartments located on the tower’s upper floors.
The façade of the office floors features PV solar panels as alternate energy generation, to roof space to contain solar hot water panels.The main heating supply will be provided by the East Village District Energy Plant.
