Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hoi An, the River Resort is comprised of a 5 star hotel located together with a new private harbour and riverside market retail.
The hotel is comprised of a 200 room lodge building with open reception, dining and lounge looking towards the courtyard pool. Scattered throughout the grounds of the resort are private cottages featuring private plunge pools and screened porches. The architecture is influenced by traditional Vietnamese timber post and beam designs, with open breezeways at the ground floor and open wood screening for the rooms.
The market retail is located at the edge of the new yacht harbour and will draw both maritime traffic and tourist traffic from the centre of historic Hoi An.
