CMA has been requested to design 2 new additions to the MONO campus in Ipolytölgyes, Hungary.
Division 1: a mixed-use building which will replace the original campus building from the 1980’s. The new DIV1 building features a manufacturing ground floor function, with the first-floor housing 8 living suites together with a common lounge and entertainment space. The remainder of this first floor will be comprised of warehousing for finished goods.
Division 6/5: CMA assumed overall responsibility for the building during its construction. The DIV5 spaces retained their manufacturing functions (8,500 sqm), while DIV6 received a steel platform floor of 1,350 sqm forming a mezzanine space. Accessed through the new representative office lobby (150 sqm), this mezzanine houses the MONO worldwide showroom, staff amenity areas, and workspaces.
