A new mixed use development located on the M1/M7 highway at the western boundary of Budapest. While presenting its dramatic facade to the highway commercial frontage, at the north-west corner a public square will address the new town center of Budaörs. Functions include an interior shopping mall for Budaörs residence with four office towers above.
